Our unique Digital Care Platform (DCP) enables rapid development of new care solutions. Our AI tools, including our Falls Prevention AI and Hospitalisation Predict-Prevent tool, empower care teams to identify risks earlier, swiftly taking preventative action to stop risks from escalating. Our Falls Prevention AI has been shown to reduce falls by 20%, while our Hospitalisation Predict-Prevent tool cuts avoidable hospitalisations by more than half.
Our Family App helps families stay connected to their loved one's care. Carers use the Cera app to view and complete tasks, and log visit times and notes. Families can then view upcoming visits, arrival and departure times and visit reports – giving them peace of mind about their loved one's care, whether they are near or far.
Our mission is to empower people to live longer, better lives in their own homes. Home care is cost-effective, and allows people to remain in familiar surroundings, maintaining their independence and staying connected to loved ones.
9 in 10 over-65s say they would rather receive care at home than in a care home setting – and once an older person is transferred to residential care, it is quite difficult to move them back home. Supporting people to remain in their own homes for longer tends to boost their wellbeing and gives them more choice.
Home care promotes nurturing relationships between carers, service users and family members. The emotional support and social interaction given by our carers is often one of the most valued parts of a visit to service users, some of whom may have limited social interaction day-to-day.
Our 'Letter To My Carer' campaign video highlights just how important carers are to our service users.
